It’s all over the news about how the Belgian town of Ghent is turning every Thursday into vegetarian day. Now, every day is vegetarian day at my home (minus the ones that claim they need meat to survive. silly bits.) but this idea gave me inspiration to bake something again. I don’t do that very often anymore since there aren’t many health-food shops around here that stock proper vegan baking ingredients, but I dug out a recipe that doesn’t require much more alteration than the switching of butter to margarin. So, tonight I’ll hopefully post a photo of something edible.
