Yesterday I saw this slightly out of date-looking bloke passing me on the street. I didn’t think much about it at first, until I noticed the card he was carrying. One single person walking down an ordinary street holding a protest sign is not something one sees everyday (at least not in my neighbourhood), usually they come in groups and gather in squares to hold speeches. I only had a second to read the sign and by the time I’d come to the conclusion that I would’ve liked a more in-depth explanation on what the sign meant, he was already gone. He seemed a bit rushed, perhaps he was indeed on his way to such a meeting. (Read more about the Georgia-Russia crisis here)
